Dr Baylan did a great job on my forehead ( osteoma) I was hesitant about doing it but he and his wonderful friendly staff put me at ease instantly. It was easy with very little recovery time and healing process was exactly as Dr Baylan described. I highly recommend Dr Baylan and his staff.

My 10 year old son was seen by Dr. Baylan when he needed stiches due to a sports injury above his eye. My son was very nervous about the procedure but Dr. Baylan was extremely patient and took the time to explain the process step by step. Dr. Baylan is wonderful with children and has excellent bedside manners. We would highly recommend Dr. Baylan and his caring staff!

Dr. Baylan did my reconstruction surgery and results were amazing. He along with his staff always greets you with a smile. Dr. Baylan is an outstanding surgeon, who is very professional, courteous, and gentle, with a great bedside manner. He makes time to listen to all your concerns and will answer your questions thoroughly. If you were nervous when you arrived, by the time you leave his office, you will feel at ease. COVID-19 protocol followed.

Dr. Baylan did an outstanding MOHs repair on and above my lip, a sensitive, noticeable area of the face. He is very personable, attentive and cares about his surgery results. He does a thorough job following the full healing process. He was honest about expectations and I am pleased with the results.

Love Dr. Baylan! He performed a Fraxel laser to my face and the experience was so much better than expected. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and attentive. Having had the pleasure of working with Dr. Baylan, I can attest that he is a very kind, caring, and dedicated physician. He is able to foster a professional, caring, yet fun work environment that you actually like going to work for, which can be so difficult to find these days. Also having been on the patient's side of the exam room for a consultation, I can say that Dr. Baylan really does take his time to understand you and your wants/needs. Being in a scenario that makes you feel vulnerable, Dr. Baylan is very professional and ensures that you are comfortable. He does not pressure you into anything and explains in detail why specific procedures will or won't work. He makes sure that all questions are answered and is great with followup. Dr. Baylon is one of God’s greatest gifts to the world as a health professional. His bedside manner is on a level like non other it’s extremely kindhearted. You can asked him anything.
